MFS - Dependent field is asking for social security number, but there is no place to enter it, so how to enter it?

If you are using TurboTax CD/Download version, go to "Personal Income" and click "Edit" next to the Dependent and click through the screens until you reach the screen shown below, then enter the SSN there.

The procedure for TurboTax online is similar to the above instructions.

I am not able to enter self employment income from the 1099 from State of Florida because the payer's federal ID number is listed as 'invalid social security number'.
