@tonyduartev Might be a little early as I have also not been able to see that as of Jan 5th afternoon EST
I see @user17683336554 also asked this Merrill Lynch-Merrill Edge not in import Dropdown.
While many tax documents arrive by January 31, some brokerages delay consolidated 1099 statements (like 1099-B) until mid-February due to account complexity. If your data isn't ready to import yet, check back in a week or two.
If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser. Make sure any VPN or Anvi-Virus is turned off.
See the following TurboTax Help articles for potential fixes:
I've asked for this to be investigated. ML should at least be listed as an option, going by past behavior.

Agreed and if, for some reason, Intuit is parting ways here (or Merrill is), then Intuit should take the ML name and logo off the import screen where it appears prominently (or at least it used to). I assume it's still there and it's false advertising (or at least misleading) otherwise.
I am having the same issue. Merrill lynch is not even showing on the list.
Called support and they don't know what is happening, as usual.
Merrill lynch is not even showing as an option on the Turbo Tax list

We KNOW that already. Please read the posts above yours.
Also, Merrill Edge clients:
CALL YOUR FAs ABOUT THIS ISSUE.
Catina, if it out there and available on Merrill should not the software option be available. Can we get. a ticket into the Software team ?

Why? I just told you this issue is NOT limited to TurboTax.
For example, Merrill Edge is ALSO MISSING in H&R Block's tax prep software.
CALL YOUR MERRILL FINANCIAL ADVISOR OR CLIENT SERVICES!
Neither Merrill Lynch nor Merrill Edge show up as financial institutions - only Merrill Trust Managed Accounts is an option.
I do NOT feel like doing this manually - that's NOT why I paid for TurboTax. How do we get this escalated? Merrill said all data for my accounts is available online and they don't understand why I don't have the option to import.
@marc0johnson wrote:I do NOT feel like doing this manually....
Exactly, and it's unreasonable to ask users to do so. The TurboTax folks need to contact the Merrill folks AND vice versa to get this debacle resolved (Merrill also needs to talk to H&R Block because they don't have Merrill Edge listed as an import option either).
I am also having issues trying to find a way to download my Merrill Edge CMA account transactions. I have hundreds and manual is not an option. Merrill Edge does now show up on the company list as it has for years. Merrill Lynch does not show as well as of 2/10/26 @ 10:50. HELP

There is no "help" available. Suggestion is to call both TurboTax Support AND Merrill and complain.
Otherwise, it appears this is a waiting game at this point which, hopefully, will be resolved this week.
