Lived in two states. Program asked if I received the 1099r while living in one of the following states. Don't they really mean did I receive the money not the form?

I lived and worked in Indiana.  I retired to Georgia.  Turbo Tax is asking if the received the 1099r form while living in one of the following states and I was given a choice.  I received the money while living in Indiana but the form while living in Georgia.  I am assuming that they refer to the receipt of the money, not the form?

Yes, they mean "Where were you living when you received the money?"
