You do not report separately your contribution to your Roth 401(k) as they are already reported on your form W-2 (box 12 code AA).
And a Roth 401k is not considered to be a Roth IRA
....different beasts, even if eventual distributions are handled the similarly..
The IRA contributions area on the Deductions&Credits page is specifically for IRA and ROTH IRA contributions.
