It’s asking me to enter the state I won my gambling winning a but TX isn’t in the drop down menu. It won’t let me move on from here. What do I do?

This is because Texas (TX) does not have a state income tax. You can leave this box blank if you are a resident of (TX) and there is no state withholding.

Are you actually blocked from moving forward if you leave the state blank?

Note that if you live in another state, your home state will tax all your income, no matter where it was paid.  Texas will not also tax the same income because Texas does not have an income tax.
