You should have received a Form 1099-R from the retirement account that you took the funds out of. If you had funds moved from one retirement plan directly to another, the form will reflect that transfer, and there's nothing more to do but enter the information on the form in TurboTax. If you received the money from the retirement account and then paid it into the new account, you'll need to indicate in TurboTax that you rolled over the funds to a new retirement account.
