It about 1099-R, do I still report it as a inherit if got it 2 1/2 years ago?

this 1099-R was form my mother after she pass away at the beginning of 2014.
She used Edward Jones and I still use them after I received it.

Yes, still counts as/reported as Inherited. Can not be merged with other accounts. Should be "4" in Box 7.
