Is wife's name and social security number required on my IL and MO state forms?

I am filing with the status of "married filing separately".  We are getting a divorce.  We have lived at different addresses for 1 1/2 years.

Federal form requested wife's name and social security number.

My IL and MO at this time have her name and social security number on them also with my address because the Turbo Tax carried the information to these forms.  I think I should try and remove her name from IL and MO state returns but I am not sure if that is the right thing to do. 

Is her name and social security number a requirement on IL and MO state income tax forms?  Thank you

Yes it is a requirement on the tax returns that her name and social security number are reported.
