I did that. I just keeps asking the same question about how much I repaid over and over and over and over. You get the picture.
If you seemed to be "stuck" in a loop, delete the 1099-R that is giving you trouble and re-enter the information. If the "Qualified Disaster" questions do not apply, answer "No" when asked and leave the amounts blank. You will be asked about 2016 and 2017 for both you and your spouse if a joint return. So the series of questions could be as long a eight.
