Is there a form I must fill out for Cares Act distribution from my IRA? I am taking a distribution due to being unemployeed because of Covid.

When you get your 2020 1099-R and enter it into TurboTax the interview will ask about that. It will go on a new 8915-E form that the IRS is still working on and will be released sometime in January.
