Is the Traditional IRA and Roth IRA section where I enter my work IRA or is that for additional IRAs beyond work IRA?

You don't have a IRA at work.  That is probably a 401K,  it's a totally different thing.  So yes the IRA section under Deductions is for contributions you make outside of work with your own money to a IRA at a bank or broker.

You only enter the work contributions from your W2 nowhere else.
