No you aren't being taxed again because that would be double-taxation. What happens is that you report your gross income that is in Box 1 or 2. Box 4 reports the amount of tax that was withheld.
You actually receive a credit on your return in line 25(B) in your 1040 under the Federal Tax withheld subheading, which will either reduce your tax owed for the year or will result in a bigger refund.
