You cannot include them on your 2017 tax return, if that is what you mean. If you did not include them on previous years' tax returns when they should have been included, you need to amend those tax returns. Only SSA1099's should be entered IF you had other income for those years. SSI (Supplemental Security Income) is not taxable and does not ever get entered on a tax return.
