Is getting a retirement from California Public Employees Systemn an RMD?

My wife is now 70 1/2 and this is the first year we have been asked this question  by Turbo Tax.

When you are age 70 1/2 or older then all your pension income is a RMD.  So answer the question as Yes it is all an RMD.
