Is a US citizen, retired, living permanently in Mexico, and not required to file federal tax eligible to receive a stimulus payment?

I am unable to use the IRS GetMyPayment website because I no longer maintain a US address and the site requires one.  My address on file with Social Security is my Mexican one and my Social Security payments have been deposited directly to my US bank account in Florida for the past 11 years.   Why have I not yet received my stimulus money?

The IRS is still working to get some payments out to taxpayers who are qualified for payments.  However, if for some reason your payment does not reach you before the year end you will have the option to file a 2020 return in 2021 to claim the credit (even though you may not normally file a return.)
