Is a taxpayer still eligible for a covid stimulus payment if he died before the money was distributed?
Only one stimulus payment was received before he passed away, but the refund includes a credit for the second payment. What is the correct way to proceed?

Is a taxpayer still eligible for a covid stimulus payment if he died before the money was distributed?
A deceased taxpayer who passed after 1 January 2020 is eligible for the Recovery Rebate Credit on the 2020 tax return. You will continue with the credit claimed on the tax return.
