IRA Withdraw Taxes

I was taxed for a potion of IRA withdraws, where can I see these calculations?

You will look at line 4a and 4b to see the taxable portion of your IRA withdrawal.  You will not see the actual taxes on it; the income is just part of your taxable income.  

If there is a penalty for early withdrawal, however, you will see that on line 6 of schedule 2 and line 23 of your form 1040.
