In TurboTax Premium, why didn't my state tax withheld (for an IRA distribution) carry over to my Mass State portion?

Please review your 1099-R data entry in Federal > Wages and Income > Retirement, especially boxes 12-14.

Uh, of course I entered the state tax in the Federal portion, but it didn't carry over to my State portion.  Next...
