Where do I put my wife's income, it took her social security info but not her postal worker's info

If your wife's income was reported on a W-2, it can be entered in that section of TurboTax. See the steps below to be brought there. 

  1. If you are not already in your return, open it in TurboTax (select the Take me to my return button).
  2. Using the search feature in the upper right, search for W-2 and select the Jump to link in the search results.
  3. Select Work on my W-2.
    1. If you've previously added a W-2 to your return, you'll come to the Here's your W-2 info screen. Select Add another W-2 to add your W-2.
