I don't understand what an RMD is? I get a monthly annuity from Federal Gov. which my husband set up. He was the Feral worker. Since he died back in 2000 I have not benn posed with this question to my knowledge and don't know how to answer.

If you are receiving monthly payments of an equal amount, the entire amount is treated as a Required Minimum Distribution.
