If u got a transcript and it shows 20170505 for cycle and the codes are 150 806 766 768 971 .. I owe money last year so does 971 mean they take there money first

150 is return filed

806 is credit withheld for excess taxes and fica (ss)

766 RS TOP Offset Reversal w/OTN 

768 earned income credit

971 notice sent through the mail

no idea what that means for you but thats what the codes mean
