If the SSA-1099 is listed under Tyler Fitzgerald but Beverly Wallace is also on it. Do I need to file it under Beverly Wallace?

You only enter the SSA-1099 for either you or your spouse based on the Social Security number that is shown in box 2 of the form.
If the Social Security benefits are for a dependent then you do Not enter the dependent's benefits on your tax return. If the dependent has no other income they do not report the benefits on a tax return.
