Any Periodic Payments?  Does quarterly interest on company stock in your 401K count as a periodic payment? (1099-R)

No, because the interest income varies depending on stock performance, it is not a periodic payment.  Think more along the lines of a pension or annuity- where you receive a monthly check for the same amount over the course of the contract.
