No, the irs process all returns as quickly as they can. Certain returns may have more detail and take a little longer.

Once the IRS has control of your return TurboTax does not have any additional information. However, the IRS does allow you to peak in and get some idea as to when you will get a refund.

My collect student earned $10,800 in 2023. The MA State return shows they owe taxes. Is this correct? I expected them to be exempt.
