Survivor funds from what?  His pension or Social Security?  Did you get a form?  You should get a 1099R or SSA-1099 for it.

No one in the user forum can see your tax return or your documents, so we do not know what "this" is that you are referring to as survivor funds.   Tell us a little more and we can be more helpful as to where you need to enter it.
