A Form 1099-R is not permitted to a code D in box 7 of the IRA/SEP/SIMPLE box is marked.  If the Form 1099-R provided by the payer has this, request a corrected form from the payer.  If the form provided by the payer does not have this, delete and reenter the form in TurboTax.
