Just enter the W-2 you will receive from your current employer.  If asked if you have the same employer in 2022 as in 2021 just answer No.

If you worked for two different employers in 2022 you will get two W-2 forms for 2022, one from the previous employer and one from the new employer. You have to enter both W-2s in the same tax return. After you enter one W-2, click the button that says "Add another W-2."
