If I take out a loan of my 401k. how much percent do I need to take out so I don't get screwed at the end of the year when I file?

If I take out a loan of my 401k. how much percent do I need to take out so I don't get screwed at the end of the year when I file?

401K LOANS are not entered on an income tax return because they are loans not income.
