I receive about $45,000 in monthly amounts from my pension. I have a couple of traditional IRA's that total about $150,000. I will be 72 years old this year. Do I still need to take an RMD from my traditional IRA's?

Yes - The pension payments only meet the RMD requirement of the pension.
Traditional IRA RMDs can only be aggregated with other traditional IRA RMDs.
