If I'm 70 and my wife is 59 and disabled and recieves ss. Can I use the new form 1040 SR to file jointly married or do we need to be both over 65?

You can use form 1040 SR to file your joint return.

Married people filing a joint return can use the Form 1040-SR regardless of whether one or both spouses are age 65 or older or retired.
