If I have a 1099-R, but in the 'State Info' section Box 15 doesn't have my state listed, can I leave that section bank? Why is my state missing?

If it is blank on your 1099R leave it blank in the software. Some states have no state income tax----or you may not have chosen to have state tax withheld from the retirement income that is on your 1099R.
