If $130 some dollars is taken from my Social security each month. do I claim that on my Income tax? Thanks

Is that for the Medicare deduction?  Only enter it from the SSA-1099.  The Medicare will flow over to schedule A if you itemize deductions.  Enter your SSA-1099 exactly as shown, box 5 box 6, Medicare, etc.
