No. There is no special tax treatment for an IRA withdrawal to pay off a mortgage.

Plus there was a 10% Early Withdrawal Penalty if you were under 59 1/2.  Did you take out 211,000 from the IRA or was that your total income for the year?

There is no "income averaging" if that is what you are asking..
