You need the Form 1099-R for the withdrawal. You have to get it from the plan administrator or trustee - the financial institution that manages the 401(k) plan.
I don't know what a tracking ID is for a 1099-R. If you are trying to import the 1099-R, the information that you need is on the form that you get from the plan. But it only takes a couple of minutes to enter it manually. Either way, you need the form from the plan.
If you withdrew funds from your 401K this year (2023), then you won't get the tax statement (Form 1099-R) until January 2024.
