I withdrew 95,000 from my ira, and deposited 9,000 back within 2 months. how is that reported to not get a penalty?

you must use CONTINUE in Step-by-Step

TurboTax will ask you what you did with all or some of the money ( aka changed your mind)

there is a section on the form to enter the rolled over amount.
