I withdrew $4,999 from my Robinhood Crypto account (ETH) in 2025, but did not/have not received a form 1099. Do I need to claim this on my taxes? If so, how?

Yes, you will need to claim this on your return.  It's possible that the financial institution hasn't yet issued Form 1099-B to you yet.  The deadline for financial institutions to file the 1099B is Monday, February 17, 2026.  I would recommend to wait until then to file and keep an eye out for your 1099-B statement.  You should be able to download it from your account within the financial institution's platform, when it becomes available.  You can also download a 2025 transaction statement and use that to report your 2025 crypto sales in TurboTax.
