The 5329 will be generated automatically once you have entered the information from your early retirement withdrawal.

You should have received a 1099-R with information regarding the withdrawal.

Here is how to report the 1099-R in TurboTax Online:

1. Navigate to Federal > Wages & Income > IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R) Add/Edit
   • Add a 1099-R
2. Follow the interview to either import or manually type in the 1099-R

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home & Business

Click on Other Tax Situations

Under Additional Tax Payments

On Extra tax on early retirement withdrawals, click on the start button
