I was sent two SSA-1099 forms how do I enter them both?

The forms have two different amounts in box 5.

If the Forms SSA-1099 that you received were for the same Social Security number, then add the amounts show in box 5 of each form and enter the total in the TurboTax program.

To enter your SSA-1099:

• Go to Federal Taxes > Wages & Income
• Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security and click Start next to Social Security (SSA-1099, RRB-1099).
• Proceed through the interview to enter your SSA-1099 form.
