I was ONLY on Federal Workers' Comp last year. Retired in 11/2015. Got W2 for UNUSED LEAVE (accrued over 25 yrs). Still check "JOB W2"?

Yes, if it is a 2016 W-2 from your employer, current or former, enter it under Income/Job W-2.
