If you are filing a joint return and have filed jointly in past years, you should not change the order of the names on the tax return. That will just confuse the IRS, and it accomplishes nothing. Your tax refund or tax due will not change if you change the order of the names on the form. It will be the same no matter whose name is listed first.
You would have to make a new Turbotax online account with a different user name and password, and start from scratch without importing anything.
The IRS instructions for Form 1040 (page 12) say "If you filed a joint return for 2023 and you are filing a joint return for 2024 with the same spouse, be sure to enter your names and SSNs in the same order as on your 2023 return."
