I uploaded my 1099-DA and turbotax is asking for a checkbox on Form 8949 but I don't have a Form 8949, what do I do?

The 1099-DA gets entered onto form 8949. So look for the checkbox it is asking for on your 1099-DA.

The consolidate 1099-B from your broker tells you what box should be checked for each Transaction.
