I took photos of my 1099-R, and 1099-DIV, and it won't continue. How can I get this to work correctly?

Taking photos of those documents is not the way to enter them. You can either key them in by hand or try to import them from the bank or financial institution that issued them.

Agreed...stop messing with the photos. The Photo entry process is rife with errors , even when it kind-of works, and is not available for all form types anyhow...just enter them manually, unless the provider has a way for you to import them.
