I took an early withdrawal from a pension plan. It was from a job I held in CA but I took the withdraw while in AZ, my new home. On which state return do I report this?

I lived in CA until June 23rd and in AZ ever since. It was a complete withdraw and I elected to not pay state tax at the time of withdraw.
