You will not get another 1099-R, and you do not enter the same 1099-R again. The form for entering the distribution is not available in TurboTax yet. It is currently expected to be available March 31. It will be Form 8915-F.
When the form is available you will enter the income in the retirement section. If you did not receive any 1099-R for 2021 you will say that you did not receive a 1099-R. Then it will ask about a 2020 withdrawal that you chose to spread over three years.
No, you will not receive a 2021 1099-R for the coronavirus distribution. The information you need is on IRS Form 8915-E that you filed last year. If you used TurboTax, the information will be included if you use the same account.
