The benefits you received and the repayment should all be shown on your Form SSA-1099. Box 5 on the SSA-1099 should be the net benefits (the amount you received minus the repayment), which might be zero. Just enter the SSA-1099 in TurboTax as it is.

If you received benefits in one year, and repaid them in a later year, and box 5 on your SSA-1099 is negative, the situation is more complicated. If that is your situation, post back with more details.
