I sent a question about my medicare taxes did not show up on final form. Is that just for my records in turbo tax because I do not see a place for it on the form sent in?

Are you talking about the medicare withheld on your W-2? No, that does not show up on your tax return. If you are talking about receiving Medicare on Form 1099SSA, then it would only be included in income on Line 20b, if it were taxable. It should, however, show on Line 20a, if you included it.
