I rolled over money from my employer's retirement account into an IRA my investment manager manages: a non-taxable roolover. Should I enter this info into Turbo tax?

It sounds like you did a non-taxable direct rollover.  You still should have received a Form 1099-R that you need to report on your tax return.  If you did not receive a Form 1099-R, contact your employer's retirement plan Administrator and request one.
