I rolled my 401K to a traditional IRA when I left my job, all the questions ask about Roth IRA when filling out 1099r section. How do I answer these questions?

The question asks whether you rolled it over to a ROTH IRA. You answer yes if you did and no if you didn't. That is all of the information that Turbotax needs. If  you rolled it over to a ROTH IRA, then the distribution is taxable. If you rolled it over to any other qualified plan then it is non-taxable (Turbotax doesn't care what other qualified plan type it was).
