I retired in 2021. I do not see a place to put that on the first page that asks for Life Changes?

I only need to know if I should click continue (no changes) or is there something else I am supposed to go?

Total contribution is about 1k to retirement via my work. Do I need a separate form for deductions on that money, or is it included in box G-12 on my W2? Different? Same?
