I refinanced my mortgage last year, and I received two from 1089s. Once of them doe not have any figures in block 2. So I am having errors for that block. What do I do?

Box 2 for the form 1098 is asking what the balance is on the loan as of 01/01/2019 since the loan did not exist you can put $0.  If the program still gives you errors put in $1 and that will resolve the issue.
